additional 10%.  Upon notification that the roof slab has been poured,
you will need to deposit another 5%.  Completion is anticipated for

Quarterly maintenance fees are estimated to be approximately
$4,022.77 to $6,450.63 depending on whether you have a
typical residence or a penthouse.  3 rentals per year are allowed
with a minimum period of each being 60 days.
