Just north a little ways of Naples Florida in Bonita Springs, you will find Bonita Bay.  This is a 2,400 acre gated community that has several golf courses available for the avid golfer. Homes and condos on the golf course are available.  A golfing membership is available for $105,000 with dues of $6,400. (2003) The main clubhouse is 45,000 square feet and includes both formal and informal dining.  In addition, there is a marina with a restaurant on site with access for small boats to the Gulf of Mexico.  Most homes have at least 3 bedrooms, a heated pool and a 2 car garage.

Within Bonita Bay, there are condos, villas, homes and hi-rises.
Condos start in the upper $200,000s and go to well over $1 million.
Villas and homes from the $500-600,000s and go to well over $3 million.
