golf is included, or you can purchase a home in an exclusive country club community
where you pay $60,000 to join and annual dues of $5,000. (2003)  Also within the
Brooks is a community without any golf at all.  The Brooks also has a Commons
Club that you can join with a restaurant and a private beach club.  Most homes
have at least 3 bedrooms, a pool, garage and updated kitchens and baths.

homes from the $500,000s
