The Naples Real Estate market is not as hot as it was a few years ago; however properties in good locations are still selling. There are homes for sale within walking distance of the beach starting around $500,000. And you can find Naples Florida condos for sale within a 10 minute drive of the beach starting around $150,000. Golfing communities within 15-20 minutes of the beach are very popular. Homes and condos in gated communities are also popular. You are best off buying in an existing community.
