The Naples Real Estate market is not as hot as it was a few years ago; however properties in good locations are still selling.  There are homes for sale within walking distance of the beach starting around $700,000.  And you can find Naples Florida condos for sale within a 10 minute drive of the beach starting around $230,000.  Golfing communities within 15-20 minutes of the beach are very popular.  Homes and condos in gated communities are also popular.  You are best off buying in an existing community. 

There are some outstanding buys in the market right now.  Even though most of what is on the market is overpriced, you can still find great deals on properties.
