Also within 10-15 minutes of the beach, you can find condos for sale starting around $150,000.  " Location-location-location " is just as important in the Naples Florida Real Estate market as it is anywhere in the country.

Often people not familiar with Naples homes, will inquire about condos and homes in Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero or South Ft. Myers because they think the properties are in the Naples area.  In many cases the properties are anywhere from 15-35 miles from Naples.   When searching on my site, use the zip codes to limit your searches to the Naples area.

Homes within walking distance of the beach typically start around $500,000. Homes on the water with gulf access will usually start around $1,000,000.

Collier County is one of the fastest growing counties in the Nation and the area is ranked nationally as one of the hottest housing markets in the country.  Property has experienced good appreciation over the years.
However, over the last couple years, prices have come down.
