New Development Savings
If you
work through me, I should be able to save
you money when you purchase Naples Florida real estate in a new development.
If you contact the development on your own, they will register you and then I will not be able to assist you to reap the possible savings on your new Naples home or condo. If I am unable to get you concessions or a reduction in the full list price, I will give you $1,000.00 at the time of closing. Most homes for sale in new developments will have at least 3 bedrooms and a 2-car garage. Most condos for sale in new developments will have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and many will have covered parking. Most will have a community pool. The Naples Florida property market is extensive, so you need an experienced Realtor.
1. Developers rely on Realtors, so the prices are the same with or without the Realtor.
2. The project sales person works for the developer and selling the property is the primary concern.
3. You need a Realtor that will help guide along the road to a successful selection.
