This is a new upscale Naples commercial Real Estate undertaking in North Naples.

The Lutgert Companies and the Barron Collier Companies built a new shopping
center on 53 acres at the northeast corner of Vanderbilt Beach Rd. and U.S. 41 North.  It
is an upscale project similar to Mizner Park in Boca Raton.  There is a main street that
goes through the development and there are approximately 395,000 square feet of retail
and restaurant space.  In addition, there is 100,000 square feet of office space and 175
luxury residential condos. The homes located in this area are only be about 5 minutes from
