The Myth about Naples Real Estate Prices

The Naples Real Estate market is leveling off.  Many prices have firmed up and are no longer falling.

2009 Population in Collier County stands around 320,000 

Coyotes have been a problem in southern Lee County.  Several small dogs have been attacked while being walked on leashes.
Trappers have been called in.

In the spring of 2010 Assessed property values on the books dropped around 9% in Collier County.

A new flea market is open on East US-41 about 4 miles east of Collier Blvd.   It is an indoor air conditioned market.

The Naples Community Hospital is now one of only 17 hospitals in the country to have the new $3.2 million CyberKnife at it's Cancer Center.  The new technology allows the machine to destroy benign or malignant tumors while the patient skips surgery. 

HealthGrades, an independent quality healthcare rating service has ranked Naples Community Hospital in the Top 5% of all hospitals nationally for its heart care program.  In the Fall of 2003, MONEY magazine named the hospital as one of America's Top Hospitals in Coronary Bypass Surgery and Valve Replacement Surgery.
