Spanish Wells

Spanish Wells is located on Bonita Beach Rd. in Bonita Springs.  Granted it isn't Naples Real Estate, however it is one of the finer neighborhoods in Bonita.  There are 27 holes of golf plus there is a clubhouse with dining, fitness, tennis, etc.  The homes and condos at Spanish Wells are similar to the homes and condos found in many of the Naples communities.  They have coach homes, single family homes and garden condos.
Golf membership is $35,000 with dues of $4,800. (2003)
