The Naples real estate market for condos priced from $220-350,000 is
still in demand, even in the down market. Don't believe all the media
reports about Naples prices. Many are not worth the paper they are written on.
The hundreds of properties that we have priced way over $1 million tend to
make the averages wind up being really high. Those averages do not represent
the norm, or the true median.
