A note of caution to the investors:
Many of the newer Naples Real
Estate projects
that are being sold
out quickly
are being sold to investors. In my opinion there might be
considerable risk involved for the investors, since so many
of the units
are being sold to investors and at such high prices... especially condos.
That being
said, purchasing pre-construction for your own personal use is sometimes a good
choice to make, because generally pricing will be higher further down the line.
However, since 2005 some of the resales in the newer projects are a better bet.
